Research on Identifying the Risk of Returning to Poverty from Poverty-alleviation Households1 and Industrial Development in Liangshan Prefecture, China

With the victory of China’s fight against poverty in 2020, focus alleviation will shift to prevent reinstatement. help survey data 676 poverty-alleviation households Liangshan Prefecture, this paper identifies poverty-return risk and further analyzes its related influence mechanism. The results found that most have a low returning poverty. impact mechanism shows village hardening road compliance status, endogenous development motivation, county per capita GDP, proportion wage income are negatively correlated with poverty-returning prefecture; however, effect has group heterogeneity is more conducive reducing for those higher number people disabilities receiving subsistence allowances family positively risk. And put forward suggestions return based on industrial development.
